Machine is working like new again!

I recently had my Viking Designer Ruby serviced for the first time in 8 years. I know, I know, should have done it a long time ago but I waited until it was literally limping along. Simon serviced the machine and replaced some parts and it is working like new again. He even gave me some pointers for using my machine – things the manual doesn’t even cover. Great customer service! I will reliably have him service my machine every year.
